Constantly remind yourself of the reasons you want to be skinny
Reward yourself for every goal you reach
A sweet treat is okay ONCE in a while, or else your going to have more of a temptation to BINGE.
Only weigh yourself ONCE a week. (I personally prefer Friday’s)
Don’t expect INSTANT progress. I used to get upset because I’d weigh myself everyday and realize I looked exactly the same.
When you feel bored or feel like you’re about to eat something, go for a walk, take a shower, a nap, do 10 push ups. Just keep yourself away from food.
